Named after a chocolate bar, you know this one hits the dessert notes you’re looking for. Created with coconut tequila for maximum tropical flavour. This is a favourite with friends and on special occasions, like a Saturday.
Ingredients
- 2 oz coconut tequila
- 1 oz chocolate liqueur (Nachtmuzik or Marie Brizard Chocolat Royal)
- 1 oz chocolate or cream liqueur (eg Baileys or Chocolate Baileys for extra chocolate kick)
- Dark chocolate
Instructions
- Fill a martini or espresso glass with ice water and set aside to chill. In fact, any glass your heart desires. Don’t feel imprisoned by glass stereotypes.
- In a shaker, combine tequila, coffee liqueur and cream or chocolate liqueur.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously two rounds of Vanilla Ice’s “Ice Ice Baby”
- Discard the ice water from the glass and strain the cocktail into that very same glass.
- Top with freshly grated dark chocolate.
- Good luck getting ice ice baby out of your head.
